Meet Your Inspector
Comfortable Inspections is owned and operated by Kiyanna Black a Columbus, Ohio native. She graduated from Ohio University where she also played four years of collegiate basketball. Early on in her RE career she started out as an real estate investor then decided to become a professional home inspector. Kiyanna has a passion for real estate, inspecting homes and educating buyers and building relationships. Real estate was an industry Kiyanna knew she wanted to be a part of. She was eager to learn more about homes and help people make the right decisions when purchasing a home. Comfortable Inspections is licensed & insured. Every home is inspected thoroughly.

Should I Attend The Inspection?
We recommend our clients attend the inspection. This helps you gain a better understanding of the home’s condition. However you are not required to attend the inspection.
